My baby is a chunk. I love all of his rolls. He is adorable. Today I am grateful for how all of his pajama legs fit like they are skinny jeans. It is so funny. They all fit him skin-tight in the legs. SOOOOOO cute.

Thurs. March 17

Today I am grateful for Bones (the TV show). I am addicted and I love it. It brings a little more joy to my life each week.

Sunday March 6th

Today I was able to attend relief society all by myself. Trent took Jack with him to Priesthood. It was so nice to actually hear a wonderful lesson. I am so grateful for my baby, but sometimes a little break is just what the doctor ordered, and today it came in the form of relief society.

Monday Feb. 28

Today I am so grateful for family. My mom, dad, brother Collin and his wife Tessa, and my brother Wesley are all in Provo for the week! It has been so fun seeing all of them. I love my family so much. I am so blessed to have such supportive and amazing family.

Sunday Feb. 20

I love my rain boots. I am grateful for them today. This morning it was snowing and I was so excited that Doug and Kathleen got me the cutest rain boots EVER for Christmas. Not only do they look good, but they are perfect when my tootsies need protection. Yay for snow (only when I have the right accessories to keep me warm)!

Saturday Feb. 19

I am so grateful to have a water heater. There is nothing better than taking a hot shower on a cold winter's day. After I worked out today I was freezing and I felt so lucky to be able to hop into a shower that was hot like two seconds after being turned on. There is a reason I was not born a pioneer. I need and am so grateful for the modern amenities I enjoy.

Wednesday Feb. 16

I am grateful for shopping. I love to shop. Jackson and I spent the afternoon walking around the Provo mall. It was pleasantly enjoyable. Jack was such a good boy, he just looked around and was entertained by the window displays and bright colors. I was entertained by the pretty clothes. Win-win.

Tuesday Feb. 15

Today I am so grateful for Jackson (well everyday really). I love being a mommy so much. Today he laughed at me for like ten minutes straight while we were on a walk. Between the beautiful weather and my giggling boy my heart was full. I feel so blessed that Heavenly Father entrusted me with Jack, the sweetest spirit I know.

Valentines Day

Today I am grateful for Trent and his sneakiness. A few weeks ago I mentioned that I wanted to go to a Mindy Gledhill concert and not only did he take a mental note, he acted on it! He surprised me with tickets and we spent a baby-free night going to dinner and to see Mindy. It was AMAZING!!! I absolutely love her! Also, a girl named Libby Linton opened for Mindy and she was fabulous too! We had the best night. It feels good to actually date your husband. I love him so much. I love my valentine!

Sunday, Feb. 13

Today I am grateful for sleep. My amazing hubby took baby Jack this morning so that I could sleep in! It felt so good! Then, after stake conference he took him again so I could nap! Seriously, how wonderful is Trent? I am so lucky! The last few months have been a roller coaster of sleeping patterns (what do you expect with a new baby?). Finally Jack seems to be figuring something out and within the last week or two he has been doing 7-9 hour stretches at night. My life has new happiness, I never fully appreciated sleep before Jackson, and now every extra moment counts! Thank heaven for a comfy bed and a sweet husband.

Saturday Feb. 12

Today I am grateful for the sun. I miss California and 70 degree weather everyday! Utah is too cold, but our new apartment lets the sun shine right in. I feel so happy when my feet are toasty and my baby is warm.
